Digital product refunds
Because Quiet Visibility at Work is delivered electronically, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download links have been sent or the files have been accessed.
At checkout, customers are asked to request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that, where applicable, the right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery begins.
Technical problems and delivery issues
If you do not receive the delivery email, cannot access the download links, receive an incorrect file, or receive a damaged file, contact hello@gennaoren.com within 14 days of purchase.
Please include the email address used at checkout, the date of purchase, and a short description of the problem.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue by re-sending the files, providing working replacement files, or offering another appropriate solution. Where a technical issue cannot reasonably be resolved, a refund may be considered.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
