This is a digital product. No physical item will be shipped.
3. Purchase and payment
The price shown at checkout is the price applicable to your order. Payment is processed securely through the payment method displayed at checkout. Payment card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by Genna Oren.
4. Delivery
After successful payment, download instructions and links are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your inbox, Promotions folder, and Spam folder if the message does not arrive within a few minutes.

5. Digital access and withdrawal
By checking the applicable boxes at checkout, you request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that, where applicable, you may lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

6. Refunds and technical problems
